If you need to Return or Exchange your purchase, please simply email us at info@marigoldtiger.com and mark it Returns & Exchanges, we'll walk you through the next steps. 

EXCHANGES

You love it, but have changed your mind about the size, style or colour? No problem.

It’s easy... Please email at info@marigoldtiger.com to initiate the process.  Once we’ve received the item, we will ensure it meets our Conditions (please see Condition requirements below) and begin the exchange process and get you just what you need!

RETURNS

If you need to Return your purchase, please note the following…

Returns must be made within 14 days of  delivery. 

We’ll process Refunds within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your Returned merchandise. 

Return & Exchange merchandise Conditions:

Items can only be accepted by us if the item is unworn, unmarked, unwashed, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. Photographs may be requested.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Returns for earrings for hygiene reasons.

All Returns & Exchanges shipping both domestic and international are at the client’s expense, which includes tax and duties.
