If you need to Return or Exchange your purchase, please use our simple Returns & Exchanges Portal here, so that you can manage shipment and track your order. The Portal will provide a Shipping Label and if you’re doing a Return, it will direct you to making a payment for your shipping.

 

EXCHANGES

You love it, but have changed your mind about the size, style or colour? No problem.

It’s easy... Please use Returns & Exchanges Portal to send the item back to us. Once we’ve received it, we will ensure the item is approved (please see Condition Requirements below)

 

RETURNS

If you need to Return your purchase, please note the following…

Returns must be made within 14 days of  delivery. 

We’ll process Refunds within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your Returned merchandise. 

Return & Exchange merchandise Conditions:

Items can only be accepted by us if the item is unworn, unmarked, unwashed, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Returns for Earrings for hygiene reasons.

All Returns & Exchanges both domestic and international are at the client’s expense, which includes tax and duties.
